I bought my mini cooper there 10 years ago and have received service of the highest level throughout. The staff couldnt be friendlier or more helpful. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Great service. Pleasure to deal with. I bought a car which turned out to have an obscure electrical fault (which they could not have known about). They were more than happy investigate the issue and even sent it to a main dealer for a fix. When that didn't work out they took the car back, offering a replacement or cash.

The whole experience, from our initial enquiry to purchase, and after service was first class. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much. We had many questions and he always gave us his time and honest answers. Unlike other dealers, Harveys were so friendly and were not pushy in the slightest. They gave us ample of time to inspect the car prior to the purchase and we found the whole experience stress free and their customer service was outstanding. Thanks to Kieran and Sean also, for providing top class customer service. I would not hesitate to use Harveys again, and would recommend to anyone. Unfortunately Harveys is not local to us, but we would always look here first before purchasing another car, and would use their garage for any future servicing. Thanks Harveys.

100% would recommend as they are understanding and take full responsibility when it comes to their side of the deal.

Fair car center, discovered some issues went back within a month to show the issues, they required the car over the period of some days.
Due to COVID we weren't able to find the right days, months later (now February, car purchased in September), they offered to fix the issues no questions asked.

Brought a Discovery 4 ,5 weeks ago and started to have a fault,took the car in found it be a compressor, they took it in 2 days later after a part had been found and changed today,dropped me if in Haywards Heath as it was going to take 3 hours, they then picked me up when job was completed,great customer service,do not hesitate to use this dealer,thanks to everyone again

Having tried several garages in the area from Uckfield to Nutley I needed some work done on two vehicles and was recommended Harveys. They are a car sales however they also do servicing and some mechanics in their garage. Is a godsend because for both vehicles they told me what needed doing and what didn't and were cheaper than the quotes I'd got elsewhere (in one case MUCH cheaper!). Wont' take my cars anywhere else now.

I would highly recommend Harvey's car centre. The team are incredibly helpful and efficient and when I had a problem with a car I bought from them, they hired me a car while they fixed it and then gave me a full tank of fuel for my inconvenience! Where else would you get that from a used car dealership!!

I would absolutely buy from Harvey's again, in fact I know I will be doing so. If you are thinking about buying from them then you can do so in all confidence knowing that you will be treated fairly and you will be very impressed with their excellent customer service. Well done team Harveys!

Although I didn't end up buying a car from them, I would certainly come back again if I was in the market. As opposed to quite a few other dealers, Ciaran at Harvey's was enthusiastic and forthcoming, without playing the kind of salesmen's games you often get elsewhere. He took the time to get to know what I was looking for and I was able to properly inspect the car and go for a decent test drive. They're proper car enthusiasts as well. I would recommend them without reservation
